We look forward to a reasonable and quick decision by the Court so we can all get back to enjoy racing the way it should be. We also hope that the Executive Committee of ROAR can see and understand the misfortunes of this case and the wrongful action by a select few of their own and rectify this situation as quickly as possible to restore the “independent and equitable atmosphere” ROAR should exhibit to all it’s members and affiliates will ultimately restore the confidence again to the ‘buying public”. It is obvious that ROAR holds a great responsibility not only in rule-making but also in confidence for consumers to purchase products on their approval which is why rescinding an approval after 10 months (when there was no change in the motor) for the personal gain of some of it’s directors and or manufacturer’s they are aligned makes the action of ROAR so profound and must be heard in a court of law!

I know we do not know each other but I am sure you have heard quite a lot about me which has been the case for the past 30 years I have been involved in Radio Control….I just wanted to express to you  I can’t sit here and accept this. ROAR has basically called Trinity and all the motor manufacturer’s we sell to “cheats” and there is no recourse back from that. I do not understand why Steve would subject himself to the “pressure of Tekin, Novak, Thunder-Power and Associated) to change not only the equpment of how we test motors but the protocol. In their rush to “exert the pound of flesh from Trinity” no thought was given to how many people this could and would impact. I am concerned for my own company, the oem manufacturer’s who we supply (no other motor manufacturer supplies the oems except us), the distributors and hobby shops who not only have stock but ROAR has taken away their “best selling electric item” and the many consumers who now “with no notice” at all cannot use any of their motors and have to buy all new ones….THIS IS JUST WRONG

I hope you can read the email below when you have time with “an open mind” and not what you have heard about me. It is the truth and it is backed up not only by me but other motor manufacturer’s. I do not want to argue with you Steve, we don’t even know each other and I do appreciate the hard work and volunteer time you all put into this. I have and still feel that all of the officers should be paid for their services but this has gone on deaf ears.

If you feel there is some basis for us to have a discussion after evaluating our position then I would surely like to speak to you or fly to a one-on-one meeting whether it is in Pennsylvania or Calfornia in front of the entire Executive Board. I offered this many times through Steve.

I know you just got involved with this and I apologize that you have to walk into this but I am also hoping that maybe a “fresh and realistic” perspective might give us all a way out because Steve has boxed me into a corner with only one more option available to me. I cannot keep writing letters.
